Privacy Policy — Aurae Pets

What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Apple we receive your name and email (or Apple's private relay email).
- Pet photos: the photos you choose are uploaded to create your pet's avatar and videos.
- Pet details & memories: the name, traits and memories you add so your pet's personality can be built.
- Chat messages: messages you send to your pet are processed to generate its replies.
- Purchases: purchase state is processed by Apple and RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.
How we use it
Only to run Aurae Pets: creating your pet's avatar and videos, powering its personality, routines and messages, and unlocking what you purchased. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to operate the app: Apple (sign-in & payments), RevenueCat (purchase management), Google Cloud (avatar & video generation), Anthropic (your pet's conversations), and hosting/storage providers (Render, Neon, Cloudflare). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Your choices
- You can delete a pet (and its photos, avatar, videos and memories) in the app.
- You can request deletion of your entire account and data by emailing hello@getaurae.app.
- Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Children
Aurae Pets is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
